“To keep the body in good health is a duty…otherwise we shall not be able to keep the mind strong and clear.”

– Buddha

Devyn’s career in health care began at the age of 15, working at a seniors care facility. During this time, she witnessed firsthand the deep connection between mind and body, and how true long-term health must be approached holistically. Motivated by this, Devyn pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Calgary. Her passion for building meaningful connections and supporting mental and physical well-being has been a cornerstone of her professional endeavours.

After 7 years of working in senior care and completing her degree, Devyn stepped back from her professional commitments to explore the world. Among the many places she has visited, Tokyo and Berlin stand out as her favourite.

Outside of work, Devyn enjoys staying active. While you might find her lifting weights at the gym, you are more likely to find her climbing or at the studio doing dance and acrobatics. When she needs more calm in her life, she is either (trying) to throw a mug on the pottery wheel or getting cozy with her cat reading some sort of captivating sci-fi or fantasy.

Devyn believes in lifelong learning, personal growth, and the importance of maintaining balance in all areas of life. She values the connection between physical and mental well-being and strives to live a life that reflects this holistic approach.
