For your first treatment, you will be required to complete an in-depth intake form that will be sent to you electronically at the time of booking. When you arrive, the practitioner will review your health goals and findings from your intake form to help develop a treatment plan. The practitioner will then get you settled comfortably on the treatment table and begin your treatment based on the plan discussed.
Our massage therapists each have different experience, techniques and areas of focus. Depending on what you’re looking for, you may prefer deeper therapeutic work, relaxation, hot stone, cupping, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage or Reiki.
A therapeutic massage is generally more focused on specific areas of tension, discomfort, mobility or recovery, while a relaxation massage places more emphasis on gentler techniques and overall stress relief. Your therapist can also combine different approaches during your appointment.
You can read more about each therapist on our Team page. If you’re still unsure who or what to book, our team can help you choose.
