“If we are creating ourselves all the time, then it is never too late to begin creating the bodies we want”
– Deepak Chopra
Goretti completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University of Calgary in 2012. Since then, she has honed her skills in the community health sector, as well as a dementia-focused long-term care facility, primary care clinic, and various health promotion clinics. After consistently witnessing the improvement in her patient’s lives by inspiring proactivity in their health, she grew passionate about the power of prevention in health optimization and longevity.
She began dedicating her studies and career towards preventative health and wellness. Regularly attending conferences with a focus on longevity medicine, obtaining advanced training in intravenous and injection nutritional therapies, and dedicating many hours every year to continuing education courses, webinars, and lectures to further her knowledge in the field.
Beyond her duties as a Registered Nurse, Goretti has held leadership positions as Assistant Clinical Director, Director of Operations, and Board Member at various health organizations and non-profit foundations. After you get to know her, you’ll discover she enjoys wearing many hats! After greeting you, collecting your blood samples, and administering your IV treatment, she will help organize your family reunion or plan your next date night.
When Goretti is not at The Longevity Lab, you might find her attending a concert, sampling the menu from a new restaurant in town, snuggled up watching a movie with her Shih Tzu Chihuahua, fishing in mountains, or enjoying new adventures around the world.
