“Everything in nature is imperfect, and it is because of that imperfection that growth is possible.”

– Brianna Wiest

Rachelle Duckworth is a Registered Sports Dietitian (BSc, RD) dedicated to helping individuals optimize their health, performance, and longevity through personalized, evidence-based nutrition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics (Honours) from the University of British Columbia Vancouver and an International Olympic Committee (IOC) Sports Nutrition Diploma, with advanced training in hormone health, metabolism, and gut health.

Rachelle has worked with a wide range of clients – from athletes and busy professionals to individuals seeking to balance hormones, support gut microbiome health, build lean muscle, stabilize blood sugar, and sustain energy levels throughout the day. With experience across private practice, performance centers, and integrative clinics, she’s known for creating practical, sustainable nutrition strategies that promote both short-term vitality and long-term healthspan.

Rachelle’s approach integrates evidence-based nutrition with a whole-person perspective, helping clients understand the “why” behind their bodies so they can create sustainable habits that support vitality and resilience. She believes health is built by working with the body, not against it – aligning nourishment, movement, and recovery to help each individual thrive for the long term.
